NEWS 295

The Rivers State College of Arts and Science college authority has announced the suspension of all students activities on campus indefinitely following protest from students yesterday over the screening out of four students from the Student Union election.
The students accused the College management of trying to impose their candidates on the students, but the Public Relations officer for the College, Mrs. Onyesom denied the allegation. She said security report on the screened out students indicated they belonged to certain cult groups on campus. She said the state has zero tolerance on cultism.
This sounds so funny to me. It is most laughable. Cult groups on the campus of RIVCAS. ha madam, try and come out with the truth. How can you have cult groups in RIVCAS, a completely off campus institution around a densely populated environment.
I have so many reason not to agree with the management, but will keep them to my chest until i put them together in a commentary. For now let it just be the news.
