The Voice Nigeria: Nigerians React to Esther’s Spirit-filled Performance

It was a night indeed to behold as Esther Benyeogo displaced a performance on music talent show, The Voice Nigeria, that has sent Nigerian Twitter on on a joyful fire. On a green apparel and a voice out of this world, she sang Never Enough from the movie, Greatest Showman.

After the performance, Her coach Darey Art Alade, remarked not only is she the voice but has the grace. Immediately, Esther trended number one on Twitter with praises raining on her.

Big Brother Naija host Ebuka twitted:”Okay, take all my money Esther. What!!! Talent o por”. Artiste Ric Hassani on his tweet said:”Erm sorry, Esther has the best performance tonight because what? I’m completely speechless. #TheVoiceNigeria”.

19-year-old Esther Benyeogo wins N250m GCGT7 prize

In June 2017, then 19 year old Esther Benyeogo an indigenes of Delta State won the God’s Children Great Talent competition organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God. She had memorable performance during the show with atrist TY Bello.

As GCGT Season 7 winner, Esther Benyeogo received the grand prize of a 250 million naira management deal, 10 million naira cash and a brand new Kia Rio presented by Senior Pastor City of David Parish, Pastor Idowu Iluyomade, Chairperson, GCGT Board of Trustees, Pastor (Mrs) Siju Iluyomade, Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank/Founder of The How Foundation, Dr. Herbert Wigwe.

Esther who is an orphan is an adopted daughter of prominent founding pastor of Christ Embassy, pastor Titi. She is a member of Christ Embassy and a graduate from The University of Benin.

Her performance tonight was indeed spirit-filled.
